Textile India 2017 - Mega Textiles event from 30 June-2 July, 2017
Ministry of Textiles, Government of India is organising a mega international event called Textile India 2017 from 30th June-2nd July, 2017 at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhi Nagar, Gujrat. The event will mark the positioning, for the first time, of an annual textile trade event in the country that will be part of the annual global calender of the trade. Hon'ble Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi will inaugurate the event.
Besides a mega exhibition that will showcase the strength of the value chain in India, an international conference will be held with participation from global and national leaders of the industry, technical experts and senior policy makers from the Union and State Governments.
The 3-day event is expected to attract around 1000 international and domestic exhibitors and 2500 buyers from various countries in the exhibition. Therefore, the event will provide an excellent platform for B2B interactions and for exploring investment and technological tie-ups across various segments in the textiles value chain.
